Dr. Mullinsreceived his medical degree from the Vanderbilt School of Medicine and performed his fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is a board-certified sleep, pulmonary and critical care physician and has practiced in the region for over fifteen years. He is accepting new sleep and pulmonary patients.
