We are currently seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our growing, progressive practice. A large, well-established pulmonary and critical care medicine practice, our 14 physicians and 10 physician extenders offer the most advanced medical care and services for patients throughout southeast and coastal Georgia. Our focus is on building strong, collaborative relationships between our physicians, our staff and our patients for improved patient care and safety. As a Southeast Lung Associates’ Respiratory Therapist, you would be responsible for completing Pulmonary Function Testing (CPFT), spirometry testing, Arterial Blood Gasses, performing Methacholine Challenge Testing, calling patients completing electronic medical records documentation, and assisting by answering phones, making appointment reminder calls or also assists with patient work-up as necessary. You would be responsible for the maintenance of pulmonary lab area and equipment. The preferred candidate will have Respiratory Therapy certification and/or one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist with electronic medical record experience, solid knowledge of medications, and the ability to travel to satellite clinics.
